Take me with you! was what Ruth was pleading with Naomi in Ruth 1:16 in the Bible. As I was thinking about what image would suit this verse, I thought of this go-cart. A dog, who is loyal and totally trustworthy, regardless of where his master takes him. Wherever you go, I'm coming to! We to should be like Ruth and this pup in that as christians we should wholeheartedly follow after Christ Jesus in faith. Trusting him and following in obedience to His Word - the Bible.
I am entering this card in Word Art Wednesday's challenge, it's a great new challenge blog! Hop on over to see what they're about!
Thank you for dropping by, have a wonderful day!

Flowers and Pearls
Every girl loves flowers and pearls, or at least that's been my experience! I have created this card with one of my favorite images from Designed 2 Delight. They are looking for a guest designer, and I'd love to work with them if ever given the chance! Hope they like my work. If entered my card HERE.
For this card I coloured part of the image and then paper pieced the vase with an added "ribbon" with pearls. The flower center is popped up to add some depth to the petals that I coloured in a random way since flowers in real life are rarely perfect. I think it adds to their charm! I inked the image edge and layered it on some slightly distressed paper then matted it to some cardstock. This I cut out with a pair of decorative scissors and added the pearls for a delicate touch. I placed this atop some lovely papers from my stash and in the center I added a border using my EK Success border punch. To finish it off I added pearls to the corners and a wonderful sentiment from Paper Smooches.
Thank you for dropping by! Hugs.

Star Bunny!
Hi, today I have a card that I made for MelJen's challenge - Stars. I used this cute snow bunny from MelJen's and their star banner as well. I love to go out in the winter and look up at the stars. The colder it is the clearer the stars appear! I just love it!! I used some lovely green paper from ATD and some lovely star buttons from Portafolia with some embroidery thread to go along with the star banner. The green ribbon adds just a bit of sparkle to! Thanks for dropping by!

A Good Cup of Tea
This card is inspired by Digi My World's Challenge- Light up my life. My friends light up my life and I love to visit over a good cup of tea and a treat! lol
For this card I've used Digi My World's image - tea time. I coloured her with my prismacolour pencil crayons and paper pieced her hat. The hat looked too plain so I added a band and a flower to it. I layered her on some wonderful papers from ATD and Stampin' Up. I added some crochet ribbon and the sentiment is one I found free online. Sorry I don't remember where. I cut out some little butterflies with my EK Success punch and inked the edges a bit. I put a little pearl on each of the butterflies and sorry but I noticed in the pic that one of them has slipped. It's fixed now!
Thanks so much for dropping by! Hope you find time to sit and chat with friends this week!
