I Know the Thoughts

Hi There! Today I'd like to share with you a card that I've made because this verse has been in my head and won't leave me alone.  We were privileged to attend some Gospel Meetings here in town and how amazing it is that Almighty God, is thinking about us, each one of us!  If you don't know Him, seek after Him! The Lord Jesus Christ has paid that price for your sin, the whole price so that you can be saved.  Trust in him, He is the only one who can save us from our sin, and he wants to, he made a way for each of us to come to Him.   Repent and believe the Gospel....it's for eternity!

I have used this wonderful pre-coloured image by Clearly Digi Stamps from a set called Framed Comfort and it can be found HERE at their shop.  I have used some papers by Teresa Collins along with some ribbon, lace and a few rhinestones.

Thank you so much for dropping by! Have a great day!

A Bit of Wild

Hello, another card to share with you that I made for my niece's birthday back in May.....and realized I hadn't posted it.  SO....here it is.  I went with the bit of wild look with the greenery and I just love adding butterflies.  I used a new stamp set by Forever in Time and some lovely papers by Teresa Collins.  The brad is from the Teresa Collins set as well.  Sentiment by Tina Wenke - I just love the script on it!

It was so fun to do the inside of this, something I don't usually do.
Thanks for peekin' ! Have a great day!

Masculine Birthday - Just Because

Hi All! I just wanted to share a card that I made just because I don't have a lot of masculine cards.  My Mom just came for a visit and cleaned me out of a bunch! :)  I'm so glad my mom loves my cards!
I used some background script paper that I found HERE!  A panel that I just loved, but cannot find where I got it from?  Then I added a touch of braiding cord and a sentiment by Tina Wenke.
Well, that's it.  Something simple yet fun.  Have a great day!

Love Song

Good Morning! Today I have a cheery card to share with you.  I just love waking up to hear the birds singing outside, and this sweet image called Love Song by Faith and can be found HERE!  I fussy cut it out and layered it over an embossed panel and some other panels of paper by K & Company and Stampin' Up.  Oh, and some fun washi tape.  The background music paper is by Dear Lizzy and I added some rhinestones as well.  Also a little flower button that I filled with blue liquid pearl and a rhinestone for the centre.  I have used the sketch being offered at Delightful Inspiration {from the heart} and it was a really fun one to play with! I did off set it a bit....just because I wanted the flourish to fit.

Have a great day!

17 Years and Counting

Hello! I just wanted to share the card that I made for my Husband for our anniversary today.  We've been married for 17 years and I look forward to growing old with him.  Dan has been so wonderful and as we grow together through seasons in our lives together we continue to stand on the Rock Christ Jesus the Lord who brought us together in the first place.  Our life verse together is Psalm 62:6 " He only is my rock and my salvation: he is my defence; I shall not be moved."
I usually add an odd number of buttons, but since we have four wonderful children together, I put four buttons.  I used papers by Teresa Collins and stamps by Forever in Time, Inkadinkado, and Studio g.  Some lace, ribbon and a bow.

I loved how this card turned out so much I made a similar one to set aside for another occasion.

I pray you're all having a wonderful day and if you don't know the Lord Jesus Christ as your personal Saviour, know that He is the ROCK that can hold you fast in a world that is so uncertain.
"I waited patiently for the Lord; and he inclined unto me, and heard my cry.  He brought me up also out of a horrible pit, out of the miry clay, and set my feet upon a rock, and established my goings.  And he hath put a new song in my mouth, even praise unto our God: many shall see it and fear and shall trust in the Lord."  - Psalm 40: 1-3

Spot of Tea

Hi Friends! Do you enjoy a spot of tea?  I do and love most varieties.  Today I have a card to share with you that I've made for the Dotty for Spots challenge at Card Crafter's Circle this week.
I have used this sweet tea pot from our sponsor Eureka Stamps and coloured it with watercolour markers.

I have used the only feminine spotty paper I could find in my stash as a background which I added a green background stamp by Forever in Time.  I've added some lace, ribbon and pearls and then some faux stitching.  To finish it off I used a sentiment by Heidi Grace.
I do hope you have the time to pop over to the Card Crafter's Circle to see the wonderful inspiration there and join in the fun!
Sorry to have my card up so late, I ended up going on an impromptu camping trip with my family that came to visit, so I wasn't around the house for a few days.  Sadly they've gone home, visits never seem to last long enough. :(  It was a wonderful visit and we've lots of memories stored up in our hearts!
Thanks so much for dropping by!
