Clearly Digi Stamps July Blog Hop!

HI! Time for another fabulous blog hop with Clearly Digi Stamps! This month's theme is CAS - Clean And Simple at the Clearly iStamp blog!
There are digi sets up for grabs.  Each design team's blog on the hop is giving away the set that they used so do comment all the way through!
So here are my cards that I've created to share with you.  I used the Books and Apples set because I just love it and because I made cards for my girls as they finished up their lessons from another season of homeschool.  You can find it at the Clearly Dig Stamps Store HERE!

I have used the same image and coloured them with markers to get a real bold colour.  The top paper is from my stash and the second is a digi paper combo from the set.  Now, it doesn't come black and white, my printer actually messed up but I loved the look. I used the same sentiment for each card but there are two that come with the set.   Do check out the set below to see all the wonderful things it contains!

Now this is a blog hop so here is the list of all the wonderful hops for you.  If you started with me don't forget to go back to the Clearly i Stamp Blog so you don't miss any of the stops and chances to win a new set to play with!

Clearly Digi Stamps July Release!

Hi Everyone! Today is the July Release from Clearly Digi Stamps! It's a wonderful one so have yourself a peek!
I have made a couple of samples for you.  First up here is a card that I've created with the Such a Crab set.  I love this little hermit crab and I've coloured him with pencil crayons.  The paper I got at the Dollar Store and the sentiment (that comes with the set) is just perfect! It's a great set, see below all the goodies  that come with.

For my second card I've used the adorable little bookworm.  From the Time for School set.  I've coloured it up with watercolour markers and popped him up over some great papers from my stash. The sentiment is also from my stash and I'm not sure where it originally came from.  I did think that it was perfect with this little worm, because- well books are our friends and take us to many different places!

Thank you so much for peeking at my creations! There are many more wonderful sets being showcased by the design team at the Clearly i Stamp blog so do pop over and check them all out!

You're the Best!

I have a card to share with you today that I made using this wonderful Charlie Fence image from Clearly Digi Stamps.  It is a wonderful set and I love his expression.
I added a sign for him to hold with a sentiment from Tina Wenke and some rhinestones.  The paper in the backdrop is inked a bit to show clouds.  I can tell that this technique needs some practice on my part! hehehe
I hope you're all having a great day and thank you for taking the time to drop by to see me! I hope you also pop over to the Clearly Digi Stamps and take a look around at some of the wonderful sets they have to offer.  Plus if you're interested, there are some wonderful challenges offered at the Clearly iStamp blog and a great camping set is up for grabs!

Cow are You?

So Cow are you? I often know that this is a generic saying.....that people don't really wait or care about the answer.  I'm not one of those people.... if I ask, then I want to know.
Today I have a card to share with you using the Cow are you set by Clearly Digi Stamps and I think it's just so fun. I used the pre-coloured version, cut it out and layered it over some Recollections paper I have.  I added some washi tape (my very first!) and then a felt daisy with some bling swirls.
So.....how are you? I'd love to hear from you! I hope you're all having a great day....even if the only great part about it is cowting your blessings.
If you have a chance to pop over to the Clearly iStamp blog and see some wonderful inspiration!

June Release From Clearly Digi Stamps!

Yeah! Today is the day of the new June release from Clearly Digi Stamps over at Clearly iStamp for the   There is a bunch of incredible new sets and I have a couple of sets that I've chosen images from.  I just love the amount of images and sentiments that you get with each set!
This first one is Life's A Picnic and I just love this ant peeking out from the picnic basket as if to say....wanna join me?

On the front I added some crochet flowers with brad centres and die cut leaves and the image is framed with an edge cut with decorative scissors.  The inside highlights this sentiment from the set and I thought it would be just perfect for my card!

My second card here is using the new Framed Comfort set.  It's a set of frames and scripture passages and I love them all so keep peeking in to my blog from time to time to see more.
This card is using this beautiful oval frame with the scripture passage Jeremiah 29: 11-13.

I've used some inking around the edges and used decorative scissors to add some shape to the fame I've created around it.  Then I added a couple crocheted flowers with brads in the centres and a couple die cut leaves.

I encourage you to take some time and pop over to the Clearly iStamp blog and check out the wonderful new sets and inspiration from the design team.  Also do check out the Clearly Digi Stamps new store to see the new look and the freebies to!

This is my second post today so please do scroll down to see my Scribbles Design's Post. Thanks!

Joyous Birthday with Clearly iStamp

Hello! I've been a bit late sharing this card that I've created for the Clearly iStamp challenge going on this week!  It's a wonderful sketch and I encourage you if you haven't already, to go check it out!

This card I've used the wonderful Doodle Cake image from From the Heart Stamps and some lovely papers from Teresa Collins.  The image is coloured with pencil crayons and I embossed the circle behind the cake with swiss dots.  Then I cut out and inked the sentiment and added a ton of faux pearls.  Then I added the butterflies (Forever in Time stamp) and the corner flourish (Inkadinkado) to finish it all off.  This card is for a sweet young lady who turns 14 tomorrow!
Have a wonderful day and do come see the wonderful inspiration the team has to share at Clearly iStamp!
