The Lord is My Helper!

Many times I have found myself in a fearful position.  Like when I got married, and when I first became a parent, and when I first started homeschooling.  Just to name a few.  Then there is my daughter becoming a teenager! Ahhh!  I am so thankful that I have the Lord to turn to!
"I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me."-Philippians 4:13
How can I be afraid when I have Him with me, leading and guiding and giving me strength.
Do you know the strength that only the Lord Jesus can give?  It truly is uncomparable!

For this card I've used some free word art from Dee's Boutique and postcard art from Shoregirl's Creations.    I have layered these over some beautiful paper from K & Company, then I added some lace and ribbon.  For finishing touches I added some flowers and buttons, and two little ribbon tags in the upper right corner from little bits left over from trimming the bow.
I'm sharing this card over at Word Art Wednesday- scripture/encouragement

Thank you very much for dropping by!

What a beautiful card!! Love how you combined the word art with the digi postcard. I just finished reading a devotion on courage and now I see this scripture on your card. Is God trying to tell me something???
Thanks for sharing with us at Word Art Wednesday this week.

I love this card. It is so nice to see so many crafters including scripture in their creations. Sometimes it feels that no one around me has faith, except those I see on Sunday. This is such a refreshing blessing. I am happy to see this love of our Lord!
Thank you for sharing your inspired crafts!
