Buzzin' By To Say...
Hello, Just buzzin' by to say Thank You! Today I have a card to share with you that I've created for a special someone...just to say thank you.
I've used the fantastic new sketch from Delightful Inspiration {from the heart} and a great image: Buzzin' By by Designed 2 Delight---now From the Heart Stamps.
I coloured the image with my pencil crayons and layered it with some great papers from Recollections and Marianne Design. (the latter was a gift from my daughter! -she gave me some money to buy crafty things at my card class. She's so sweet!) Then I added some twine from Doodlebug Design Inc. -also a gift from her. Then the sentiment and flowers were stamped on a pre-cut journalling tag by Heidi Swapp (Gift from a sweet friend) Then the crocheted flower (by me) and a Portabella brad. Oh, and the lace from my stash.
Well I had tons of fun.....now it's your turn! We'd love to have you join us at Delightful Inspiration {from the heart}! Have a great day!

I used some pretty papers from Marrianne Design, some bronze pearls and a couple butterflies I punched out.

Blue Birdie on a Branch
Happy Monday to you! I hope you're having a wonderful day and enjoying some sunshine, even if it's only in your heart!
Today I have a card to share with you that I've made using the fabulous new sketch from Delightful Inspiration {from the heart}! I've turned it and made a rectangular card instead of a square card.
I'd love to see what you do with this sketch, so if you have the inkling to try it, pop over HERE and see some more wonderful inspiration and the details!
I've used this sweet image called Love Song by Designed to Delight (now From the Heart Stamps) and can be found HERE! I've coloured it up with my pencil crayons and fussy cut it. I used a wonderful background stamp from Hero Arts and I used Tim Holtz distress ink in broken china. Then I combined some lovely papers from Teresa Collins. With a touch of lace and a homemade crocheted flower with a button to finish it all off. I left the sentiment off the front and put it in the inside (unfortunately I didn't get a picture of the inside before giving the card away......). I used a wonderful sentiment from a From the Heart Stamp set called Loving Sentiments and goes like this. "Wishing you a day that blooms with love and blessings."
This is what I wish for each of you!
Also, I wanted to address something that I have just discovered and that is no-reply blogger. I'm not sure what has sparked this, perhaps it's a change in their formats or something, or...... I've just not noticed it before. Anyhoo, I do want you to know that I love replying to all of your comments that you leave! Perhaps you've never received a reply, if so, I'm so sorry for that! It's out in cyber space somewhere. If you would like to receive replies to your comments could you check out your settings and make sure that your e-mail is visible. I do very much appreciate it when you take the time to leave me some kindness and let me know what you like about what I've created.

Fun Card Class Cards!
I'm also super excited to say that I have used copics for the first time and think they're great. This first card, I used the copics to colour this sweetie up. I also used this wonderful technique inside...super fun!
Next I was able to use this fabulous spring boot/umbrella stamp set! Plus such a wonderful Hero Arts background stamp.
Up next is one that I was able to try a few different things. First the flowers, I was able to try Spectrum Noir markers and I think I liked these better than the copics......yes, I know I actually said that! Then under the flowers I stamped an image and added same colour stickles to it. Then under the middle panel to the left I had stamped a background stamp image and heat embossed it. Plus I love the sentiment!
Thank you so much for having a peek at my cards! I pray you're having a great day!

Do You Love Puddles?
Hello! Do you love puddles? or rain? Well today starts a brand new challenge over at the Card Crafter's Circle and it's April Showers! I don't live in a place that gets much rain and so when it does rain we all find ourselves glued to the window watching. We often also open windows and doors to hear the pitter patter, and oh the smell....that's wonderful!
Well, for my card I've used this sweet Little Girl with Umbrella image from Milk Coffee and coloured her with my pencil crayons. I have her standing in a puddle (of which I have yet to grow out of loving to do!) I added some lace and twill ribbon and added a tag with a sentiment from my stash. It says I've been thinking about you today. I used some papers that I got at the dollar store and a bling flourish from Recollections and some added rhinestones.
We'd love to have you show us your April Showers cards and hear about what you love about the spring rains.......April Showers bring May Flowers!
Have a beautiful day and here are a couple more pics of my card.

Spring Feelin'
I've used some scraps of papers I had in my stash and combined them with some pre-layered flowers that I had laying around for just the right project. Then I added this sweet sentiment from Becky's Place which I coloured up the flower and leaves on. All of this is adhered to a pre-made card base by My Mind's Eye.
Thanks for dropping by! Have a beautiful day!

On This Day....You're #1
Hello everyone, today is the beginning of another great sketch at Delightful Inspiration {from the heart}!
I have chosen to use this Tweet Birthday Gift image from From the Heart Stamps and have coloured it with my pencil crayons. I fussy cut it out and adhered it to a pre-made base from Teresa Collins Sweet Afternoon collection (as are the papers). I added a couple some flowers and pearls for a special touch. The You're #1 sentiment is from Lil Inkers and I guess that's it. I love working with Faith's images and I always walk away smiling!
I pray that you're having a wonderful day and if you would like to, I'd love to see you join in the challenge. You have all week! Just pop over to the Delightful Inspiration {from the heart} blog to see some more great inspiration!

A Bit of This and That
Hello! I'd just like to share with you all some cards that I created for my friend as a gift. I put together a bit of this and that from my stash (somethings that she had given me to....since she's always on the look out for me. She's just awesome!). So have a gander, I had fun making these and I hope she will enjoy giving them to others!
You're Sew Sweet!
Hello Friends! I just wanted to share a card that I made for my very bestest friend who's birthday is today. She is such a blessing to me and accepts me for just who I am. She prays for me and shares with me and is just like a sister. She loves sewing machines so hense the image and the buttons! I used some scrap papers and a misc leaf cutout that I had in my extras stash. I layered the ribbon and added a couple tags to fill in the space above the image. This wonderful sewing machine is from Shoregirl Creations and you can find it on her freebie page HERE!
I'd love to share this with Word Art Wednesday this week. Do pop over to see the wonderful inspiration they have shared.

Do You Love Bugs?
This week my children and I were enjoying some time in our yard and we found a crystalis hanging just inside our shed door. My children are dying of curiosity as to what it holds inside. A few years ago we found a caterpillar in a head of lettuce from the store. Since it was winter we tried to keep it alive inside and were able to watch it grow through the stages into a beautiful Moth.
Now my daughter is studying the stages of a mealworms live cycle and unlike me is enjoying caring or these little bugs! LOL Usually I pride myself in having a bug free home, but with having children I'm learning to be a bit more lenient.
So for this week, we'd love to see your wonderful Bugs cards and hear your stories of bugs to if you'd like to share them. Come to the Card Crafter's Circle and join the fun! Our fabulous sponsor Eureka Stamps is offering the prize and I've chosen this wonderful Texas Bluebonnets and Butterfly image to work with.
I hope you all have a wonderful day and enjoy the wonderful things that God has created........even the bugs!

You Are Loved!
I've mirrored mine and used this sweet Bouquet Chick from From the Heart Stamps and the sentiment from Meet Anneke also from From the Heart Stamps. The papers are from ATD Momenta and then I added some ric rac and some misc flowers that I took out the black stamen and added the yellow bling to. Have a beautiful day and I'd love to see you join in the fun at Delightful Inspiration {from the heart}!
If you'd love to join us, just pop over to Delightful Inspiration {from the heart} and check it out! It's a progressive challenge and you can snag the stamp from the From the Heart Stamps store and play along.....then, when you play, the next months stamp comes free in your inbox! So cool! Here is a card that I've created using this months image! (The sentiment comes with the image!)
Sleepy Mr. Wool
Hello Everyone! The Green/Easter challenge is still going on at the Scribbles Designs Challenge blog. Follow the challenge with a Scribbles Designs image (there's a freebie to be used if you want it) and show us what you've created! If you'd like, pop over to the Scribbles Designs Store and have a gander!
To spur you on, I've created another card using another of Sandy's fabulous Mr. Wool's, this is Mr. Wool Sleepy. I've double printed him, cut his body out and popped it up to add some dimension. The papers are from K & Company and Recollections and the ribbon is from my stash. The sentiment is from Fiscars, plus some green bling to add a finishing touch.
Have a beautiful day!
