Bird on a Wire Birthday

Hello!  I have another sweet birdie card to share with you all!

I love the birds on the wire with the distressing and print behind them.  I added this panel over some patterned paper, a touch of lace ribbon and some lovely soft layers paper flowers.  I added a rhinestone to each.  I added some distressing to add interest to the edges as well.

This is a card I made for my niece for her birthday.  It's amazing how the years pass, and she has grown up so much!  I pray this card brings a smile to her face, and the knowledge that she is deeply loved!

Thank you for dropping by!

Sharing with Word Art Wednesday.

Oh this is SO pretty! Is that decorative paper or what with the birds on it? So many pretty details on this with the added sparkle from the rhinestones and I love the piece of lace ribbon too. I'm thinking this is really going to touch this young lady that you created it for.

This is such a pretty card! I love anything with birds.

I haven't felt like blogging for awhile, maybe when I get home from our camping trip. The mountains are simply beautiful! Been fishing and taking pictures.

I hope you are well!

Hugs, Amy

I like the idea of birds on a wire. I need to remember that to use myself sometime. :-) Did you cut them out of bits of paper yourself, or are they pre-cuts you got somewhere? Thanks for sharing your idea with us. :-)

So sweet. I love birds. My daughter had fun this morning whistling back and forth with a quail that came up the the yard. LOL Hugs!

A sweet card Jennifer. I have several bird and feather stamps that I should get out and play with.
