Apple Bloom Thoughts

Hello again! This is my second post today so do scroll down and peek at the other card I've posted today.  This card I've made for the challenge over at A Day For Daisies.  This is the freebie they've given to use and it goes along with their colour challenge.  I've been starting to yearn for spring and that's the first thing that I thought of when I saw this image.  Hope you can smell the fresh sweet air from this card!
I coloured the image with markers and then matted it to some misc cardstock I have from the dollar store (they never label who makes what?) Then I added some lovely ribbon from Kaisercraft and Spool o'Ribbon.
I popped this over some mulberry paper and added a sentiment from Fiskars off to the side.  To finish I put a rhinestone in each corner.
I'm also entering this card in the Stampin'Sisters in Christ challenge- Your image must be or include a flower.
Thank you for dropping by and have a wonderful day!

It's so good to have you joining in the ADFD challenge Jennifer! :-) You've created a lovely card with the image. I especially like the addition of the mulberry paper. That's such a cool paper and it hardly ever gets used. Your card is lovely. :-) Hugs!

So lovely, what a great idea to use the mulberry paper, it is the perfect accent. I am so ready for Spring too, but I'm afraid those of us who live a bit further north have to wait a while yet!!! Thanks for joining us this week at Stampin' Sisters in Christ!
