And....Another birthday! This one is for my not so little girl (she's turning 9 in a few days). I saw this image by Sliekje and thought of her. She loves all things pink and girlie so I hope she'll like this.
I cut little hearts in the image cardstock with my Fiscars punch and then inked the edge with some pink ink. I layered it to some Stampin' Up cardstock and cut a wave pattern out with some decorative scissors. I popped this up on some papers from Memories Forever and Forever in Time. The bow is from some Offray ribbon I found and I bunched it with some fun buttons from my collection. I added the sentiment form DDH and put a heart over the I.
I'll be entering this card in Stampin' Sisters in Christ's challenge - Make a birthday card/project
and The Cutie Pie Challenge - Use a sentiment.
Adorable pink girly card, she will love it and so do I!

ReplyDeleteHi Jennifer! I found your blog through Stampin' Sisters in Christ. Congrats on your recent win. It is such a blessing to see your blog and to know that you love the Lord, Jesus Christ, and have trusted Him as your Savior. You have a beautiful blog, and do beautiful work. I would so LOVE to have you come visit my blog, follow my blog, and I'd also love to follow yours. I love meeting new creative blog friends where I can gain inspiration and ideas, but mostly, I love meeting other Christians who express their love for the Lord on their blogs so freely. Lastly, I wanted to tell you about another challenge blog that encourages you to use scripture on your creations. It's fairly new, and we could really use a talented artist who loves the Lord to enter beautiful creations each Wednesday. You can read all about it, and enter, at: wordartwednesday.blogspot.com and I really hope you will choose to play along. It would be a huge blessing to us.
ReplyDeleteThanks for listening to me ramble (sorry), and hope to see you soon!
Blessings,
Karen
