I'm back again with another card for you to see. This time I wanted to use the sentiment from Dee's Designs again and paired it with Designed 2 Delights wonderful tree! Over at
Mel'Jen's Challenge Blog they are challenging us with colour - Brown and Orange, and at
Designed 2 Delight to create a thank you or thank you gift for a hostess or anyone. So this is what I put together. I used some bright orange cardstock from Stampin' Up then adhered some polka dot paper that I added a lacy bottom edge to. I used some wonderful ribbon from Stampin' Up and a leaf from my kids craft stash. The button is from my collection and I attached it with some Elmer's braiding cord. It's hard to see in the picture, but I distressed the cardstock around the tree and added some ink to the edges of the sentiment to soften it.
I pray you'll find lots today to be thankful for. For me, first thing this morning I woke up to more snow. Lots of it and I am thankful for my wonderful husband who will be taking care of it for me!
