Do you like to dream? Do you like to play make believe? I know I watch my children and they come up with some of the most interesting things. There is a world where everything is perfect and where you can do things that are truly NOT humanly possible. My children have a little golden book called I can fly and it's all about pretending. For me it's ok, as long as they understand that it's not real and to learn the difference. Imaginations can get away with us!
For my card this week I've used this cute image and I just love the swirls on the wings! I've coloured it up with my pencil crayons and added some chalk ink to soften around it. Then I added a pearl to each of the swirly doos. I chose some fanciful flowered paper by K & Company to underlay this image with pearls in the corners.
To many people who love fairies and the like, and it's all about make believe over at the

Hi, Jennifer......I love your delightful flight of fancy....such a sweet image, and a really nice touch with the pretty pearls...just lovely!
I really like what you said, Jennifer..i like that kids do use their imaginations. Dreams if inspiring are great...but i have many dreams when i am sleeping that turn into nightmares. You did a wonderful job with an image that i thought was not easy to work with.
I love the pearls you've put into the image. The card is just lovely!
Sweet card, Jennifer! That background paper is lovely!...Nancy :o)
Such a wonderful card. It makes me want to let my imagination take flight -- great colors. This is a happy card, and I really like that!
So pretty Jennifer. The wings make me think of stained glass. :-) Hugs!

What do you mean our imaginations can get away from us? You mean all the digis aren't really talking to me? What a bummer... ;-)
